Use this function to get the address of the vkGetInstanceProcAddr function.
Syntax
void *SDLCALL SDL_Vulkan_GetVkGetInstanceProcAddr()
Return Value
Returns a pointer to the vkGetInstanceProcAddr which can be used to load Vulkan function pointers at runtime.
