Use this function to set the global autocenter of the device.

Return Value
Returns 0 on success or a negative error code on failure; call SDL_GetError() for more information.

Remarks
Autocenter should be between 0 and 100. Setting it to 0 will disable autocentering. This is redundant w/ the FP section and could all be contained there (as shown). Should it be removed from here?
Device must support the SDL_HAPTIC_AUTOCENTER feature.
