Use this function to remove a function watching a particular hint.

The function prototype for callback is:

• void SDL_HintCallback(void*       userdata,
                        const char* name,
                        const char* oldValue,
                        const char* newValue)
  

• where its parameters are:

  userdata	what was passed as userdata to SDL_DelHintCallback()
  name	what was passed as name to SDL_DelHintCallback()
  oldValue	the old value
  newValue	the new value
