TTF_GetFontDescent

Query the offset from the baseline to the bottom of a font.

Syntax

int TTF_GetFontDescent(const TTF_Font *font);

Function Parameters

const TTF_Font *

font

the font to query.

Return Value

(int) Returns the font's descent.

Remarks

This is a negative value, relative to the baseline.

It is safe to call this function from any thread.

This function is available since SDL_ttf 3.0.0.
