Get the clip rectangle for the current target.

SDL_Renderer * | renderer | the rendering context. |
SDL_Rect * | rect | an SDL_Rect structure filled in with the current clipping area or an empty rectangle if clipping is disabled. |
(bool) Returns true on success or false on failure; call SDL_GetError() for more information.
Each render target has its own clip rectangle. This function gets the cliprect for the current render target.
This function should only be called on the main thread.
This function is available since SDL 3.2.0.
